Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Late Check-out Hour: 12:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: $25.00

Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Cancellations:

First night plus tax is required as deposit for all reservations and packages. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your reserved check-in date at no charge. Cancellations within 14 days prior to your reserved check-in date will result in forfeiture of deposit (First Night). Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

 

Reservations made inside 14 day cancellation window will still fall under cancellation policy and incur a cancellation fee. No exceptions.

 

COVID:

Cancellations due to COVID, made inside of 14 day cancellation window, will result in a $125 non-refundable fee

 

Early Departures: 

If checked-in, we require 48 hour notice in order to issue a refund for any unused nights. Early departures due to weather or on weekends are non-refundable.

 

Room Blocks:

Guests may book as many rooms as needed, but we will not adjust guest or payment info for any reservation(s). All charges will be made using the card originally used to book the reservation(s). 

No exceptions.

 

Smoking Policy:

There is absolutely no smoking on property, any guest found smoking will be asked to leave immediately. If evidence of smoking is present, a minimum $200 fee will be added to the guest folio.

 

Pet Policy:

No pets are permitted on property. Only service animals defined under the ADA, with proper documentation, are permitted and must be under the handler’s control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and are not allowed on property. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $200 fee and asked to leave the property immediately.
